Institute Information
The Beginning Together Institute focuses on issues pertinent to trainers working in the infant/toddler field. Dates, locations and fee information are listed below the workshop descriptions. The Institute features a variety of sessions including a parent panel; time to preview and purchase relevant books, videos and materials; opportunities to dialogue with faculty and other participants; as well as in-depth, interactive workshops. Early intervention specialists, Program for Infant/Toddler Caregivers (PITC) early childhood faculty and parents of children with special needs collaboratively present specific workshops.

Fees
California Residents
A fellowship is available to all California residents who are fully certified PITC graduates and who agree to complete the certification process and incorporate information from this Institute into their future trainings.
The fellowship covers tuition, trainer's manual, supplementary reading materials, room (double occupancy) and board. California fellowhip recipients are responsible for a $75 regstration fee, travel costs to and from the Insitute and incidental expenses. Upgrading to a single room is also available for an additional fee.
Non-California Residents
The current fee for non-California residents is $1400. The fee includes the cost of registration, and covers tuition, trainer's manuals, supplementary reading materials and room (single occupancy) and board. Participants are responsible for travel costs to and from the Institute and incidental expenses. Non-California residents do not need to complete Sections II and III of the application.
